About LoV Legion of Vengeance have been around from the very early days of everquest. In this time there have been lots of people joining and leaving the guild. In the past there was talk of merger with other guilds but through all that we have had a core group of players that are loyal to our guild. I have been playing everquest now for around 2 years just before the "discovery" of Kunark. In that time I have only belonged to one guild, as have most of our higher level members. With that solid foundation of players we know we will never have the problem a lot of other guilds have of members leaving once they get to a certain level. With this in mind we have decided now is the time to start recruiting new members, to help up through the levels and allow us to grow as a guild both in terms of numbers and experience. The Future While the aims of the guild change as we grow and learn new things my first aim if to develop a guild large enough to kill mobs such as Rumblecrush, and some of the named mobs in Kael. As well as being able to get epic's for its members. We are well on the way to that aim now, we can complete several of the class epics entirely in guild. ToV raids are something we are now discussing as a definite possibility once we have kitted out our guild in Kael armours and compeleted a few more epic quests. Who are we recruiting? While we would like to recruit players of as high a level as possible we are not as attractive in terms of loot/raids as a few of the bigger guilds. Recruitment over the last few months has gone much better than anticipated, an addition of around 15 50+ players has allowed us to sucesfully raid Fear, Kael plate room and kill several of the tougher mobs in Kael, as well as Faydedar. Our guild events are aimed at people 45+, Kael is a fairly easy zone to raid so 40s are welcome there. Any places with mobs that cast AOE spells are restricted to 50+ in the case of ToV 55+. Requirements Unlike a lot of guilds we do not require you to be a certain level or have a certain amount or resist gear etc. What we really want are people who enjoy playing everquest and want to benefit the guild, which will in turn benefit themselves. Anyone joining the guild under level 45 needs to be aware that most of our events are for people 45+, in the past we have organised weekly events for people lvls 30-40. But with the increasing numbers of 50+ players in the guild it is not always possible to run these as frequently. If you choose to join us, it will be on a trial basis for 1 month. In that time if you choose to leave we will wish you all the best with whatever you choose to do. It is unlikely we will refuse someone full membership after their trial month unless they have done something the guild cannot accept. We would like to maintain our good reputation so anyone found to be Kill or Loot stealing, harassing other players or generally bringing the guild name into disrepute will be removed from the guild.
